Floyd Mayweather’s daughter, Iyanna Mayweather, could spend decades in prison after being charged with aggravated bodily harm with a lethal weapon. Iyanna “Yaya” Mayweather, 19 years of age, was arrested earlier this month for stabbing Lapattra Jacobs,  her ex-boyfriend, NBA rapper YoungBoy baby mama

The former boxer’s daughter was surprised to find Lapattra Jacobs, also pregnant with the rapper, at her home in Houston. An argument broke out between the two women. Iyanna Mayweather grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed her rival.

Iyanna was arrested and incarcerated in a prison near Houston while her victim was rushed to the nearby hospital where she underwent arm surgery.

According to The Blast, Mayweather is charged with serious bodily harm, a crime that can result in heavy punishment. If found guilty, the young woman could be fined $ 10,000 or imprisoned for up to 99 years.

The same source also reports that she is unlikely to receive the maximum sentence, as she does not appear to have a criminal history.

Iyanna Mayweather is represented by Kurt Schaffer, a famous lawyer who has worked for such celebrities as Slim Thug, Pimp C and J Prince.

“Iyanna is doing well even if she is affected by this unfortunate incident,” Schaffer told Bossip.

The lawyer confirmed that Mayweather will plead not guilty to all charges. His trial is scheduled to start in August.
