Big Brother Africa - The Inaugural Season **Special Encore Presentation**
On Sunday, May 25th, 2003, an important chapter was written in the history of broadcast television on the African continent. On that day audiences in 42 African countries watched as twelve contestants entered the Big Brother house, located in Johannesburg, South Africa. Viewers would soon discover that this version of the popular reality series was to be different from any version of Big Brother that they had ever seen before. For the first time ever in the history of this worldwide television franchise these twelve strangers did not share a common nationality, a common cultural heritage or a common native tongue. The one bond that they did share however was a powerful one indeed. They were born on African soil. Here they are, in alphabetical order from Angola to Zimbabwe, the twelve contestants of Big Brother Africa. We've also provided a peek into their suitcases to see what they brought from home. One final note: The information provided underneath each participant's photo is exactly as it appeared during the show's initial broadcast. Whereever possible we will update the captions with additional information.

GENERATIONS VALENTINE'S REWIND EVENT -WEEK 1 - Karabo Moroka & The Men Who Stole Her Heart
Miss Karabo Moroka. In business she is a force to be reckoned with. In matters of the heart she is an accident waiting to happen. It has been argued that the reason so many people tune in to watch Generations is to find out whether or not this legacy character (portrayed par excellence by the immensely popular Connie Ferguson) will ever find true love. It hasn't been for lack of men. With Valentine's Day around the corner we thought we'd take a peek into Ms. Morokas lovelife to see for ourselves why, despite numerous suitors, there is no love in her life. Many believe that the heiress is indeed cursed when it comes to love because every man Karabo falls in love with ends up dead! The fun starts Monday, January 26. Show times: Monday to Friday 5p, 10p, 2a Marathon of all 5 episodes: Saturday, Jan. 31 @ 3p All Times Eastern

GENERATIONS AND ISIDINGO VALENTINES DAY REWIND EVENT - WEEK OF FEBRUARY 9
This week we conclude our Valentine’s Rewind Event with a look back at some of Generation's and Isidingo's most surprising romantic moments and misbegotten matches. Khaya and Ntombi share a moment of tenderness. Karabo locks lips with Tau Mogale and her handsome, young, bodyguard Gabriel. Even Queen is bitten by the love bug, or was that a mosquito? On Isidingo this week, Cupid proves he’s no match against the cruel forces of fate. Such is the lesson learned by Len Cooper, boy toy of Cherel de Villiers-Haines. When Len makes the acquaintance of a lovely co-worker named Tanya he is ready to give up his wild ways. However when he learns that Tanya is Cherel’s long lost daughter, Len finds himself in a desperate situation. What will Tanya think of Len when she learns that the new man in her life has been sleeping with her mother??
